BRĂAT HOTEL GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These policies apply to all our guests and govern every reservation at the BRAAT Hotel. By confirming your reservation, you agree to these terms in full. If you need clarification or additional information, our front desk team is here to assist you and ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible.

ARTICLE 1: ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

  • Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and the room must be vacated by noon.
  • Any stay extending past 6:00 p.m. will be considered "Day Use" and will be billed at 50% of the current daily rate. After 6:00 p.m., the full overnight rate will apply.

ARTICLE 2: PAYMENT METHOD

  • Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, cash deposit, or through a secure payment link.

ARTICLE 3: ACCESS TO ROOMS AND VISITS

  • Only the guests specified at the time of booking are permitted in the rooms at the BRAAT Hotel; they must present a valid form of identification. For non-residents of Morocco, a valid passport with the entry number for Morocco is required.
  • Any additional guests must be registered, and additional fees may apply.
  • The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival for guests who are not being picked up.
  • Couples must present a marriage certificate at check-in.

ARTICLE 4: DRESS CODE AND CONDUCT

  • It is mandatory for all guests of the BRAAT Hotel to dress appropriately and behave respectfully. Any behavior that is noisy, inappropriate, or the result of alcohol consumption, or that violates standards of decency and public order, is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 5: OPENING HOURS AND AVAILABILITY

The facilities at the BRAAT Hotel are open during the following hours:

  • Front Desk: Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • SPA: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Fitness: 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Restaurant:
    • Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
    • Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
    • Dinner: 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

ARTICLE 6: KEY MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY

  • Each room is equipped with an electronic key that guests may keep during their stay. However, it is strictly prohibited to give this key to any third party. Guests must return the key upon checkout.

ARTICLE 7: STAYS BY MINORS

  • Minors under the age of 18 are permitted to stay at the BRAAT Hotel only when accompanied by a responsible adult. If this accompanying adult is not a legal guardian, written permission from the child’s parents will be required and may be verified by hotel staff. The guest is fully responsible for the behavior and supervision of any minors traveling with them.

ARTICLE 8: COMMUNICATION AND CONNECTIVITY

  • Each room is equipped with a telephone line for internal use. Wi-Fi is available free of charge to all guests at the Hotel BRAAT. An access code will be provided at the front desk.

ARTICLE 9: VALUABLES

  • The BRAAT Hotel assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of valuables left in the guest rooms. Safes are available in each room and at the front desk for the secure storage of your valuables.

ARTICLE 10: LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES

  • If any damage, deterioration, or theft of property belonging to the hotel is discovered, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for the necessary repair or replacement costs. The amount of these charges will be determined based on the hotel management’s assessment of the damage.

ARTICLE 11: COMPLIANCE WITH REST PERIODS

  • To ensure the comfort and rest of all guests at the BRAAT Hotel, guests are required to maintain quiet and discretion, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Any disruptive or noisy behavior will be penalized and may result in immediate removal from the hotel, without notice or refund.

ARTICLE 12: PURCHASE OF BATH TOWELS

  • If our guests appreciate the quality of the bath linens provided at our hotel, they can purchase them to take home. Prices are available at the front desk.

ARTICLE 13: WARRANTY

  • At check-in, a deposit—either in cash or by card—is required to cover any additional charges. Otherwise, all purchases are payable at the point of sale.

ARTICLE 14: CHANGES TO THE STAY

  • Any changes to your stay (late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows) are handled in accordance with the terms and conditions in effect at the time of booking.

ARTICLE 15: RULES OF CONDUCT

  • Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the facility, in accordance with applicable law. A fine of 3,000 DH will be imposed for failure to comply with this prohibition. Similarly, bringing in illegal or dangerous objects or substances is strictly prohibited. Any behavior that could cause harm to guests, staff, or the establishment’s reputation is also prohibited.

ARTICLE 16: PETS

  • Pets are not allowed at the BRAAT Hotel unless prior approval has been granted by management.

ARTICLE 17: PARKING AND ACCESSIBILITY

  • The BRAAT Hotel provides its guests with specially designated parking spaces in front of the hotel for drop-off and for guests with limited mobility. These spaces are intended for short-term parking to allow easy and convenient access to the hotel.
  • Located on a main avenue, the hotel also offers reserved parking spaces in a secure parking lot, less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel. These spaces are reserved exclusively for guests of BRAAT HÔTEL.
  • A valet service is also available to handle guests' vehicles and ensure their safety throughout their stay.

ARTICLE 18: SURVEILLANCE AND SECURITY

  • To ensure the safety of people and property, the facility is equipped with video surveillance systems that record footage. Access to these recordings is strictly limited to cases provided for by law.

ARTICLE 19: CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA

  • The BRAAT Hotel is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its guests’ personal information. All data provided will be used solely for the purpose of the reservation and will not be shared with third parties, unless the guest expressly authorizes it or there is a legal obligation to do so.

ARTICLE 20: FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY

  • It is prohibited to bring outside food or beverages into the common areas of the BRAAT Hotel. Guests are asked to consume the products offered by the hotel and to follow the guidelines regarding hygiene and food safety.

ARTICLE 21: RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

  • As part of our commitment to sustainability, we encourage our guests to adopt environmentally friendly practices during their stay. This includes reducing water and energy consumption and using towels and linens responsibly.

ARTICLE 22: ACCEPTANCE OF BRAAT'S BYLAWS

  • All reservations imply unconditional acceptance of the special terms and conditions and these rules; in the event of noncompliance, the guest will be asked to leave the establishment without the right to file a complaint or receive a refund.
